Mexican Fiesta Buffet

  • Station attendants preparing fresh guacamole to guests’ specific tastes using an array of fresh ingredients including  of avocado, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime, salt and pepper complimented with an array of tortilla chips
  • Meat Filled Empanadas finished with Chipotle Sour Cream
  • Make your own tamales – Mexican masesca tamal cakes for guests to assemble using an array of toppings including pork carnitas, tomatillo salsa, pico de gallo, shredded Chihuahua cheese, Ancho chili sauce and jalapeno sour cream

  • Table top woks steaming pork shumai and Oriental meatballs with a trio of sauces for dipping
  • A variety of Japanese Sushi including: Salmon Sushi, Philadelphia Rolls, Spicy Tuna Rolls with seaweed salad, Asian cucumber salad, wasabi paste, fresh pickled ginger, and soy sauce for guest’s choice
  • Udon Noodles Tossed in Teriyaki Sauce, Cashews and Sliced Green Onions in Asian “to go” containers with chop sticks
